The Model SC4601 IEPE Signal Conditioner is a compact, portable desktop unit designed for reliable, low-noise conditioning of IEPE (integral electronics piezoelectric) transducers and PE transducers used with a Remote Charge Converter (RCC). It provides a stable two-wire constant-current power supply to the sensor or RCC, along with high-quality signal amplification and filtering for accurate vibration and dynamic signal measurements.
The SC4601 offers selectable gain settings of x1, x10, and x100 to suit a wide range of applications, and includes a switchable fixed-frequency cut-off filter (IN/OUT) to help reduce unwanted noise. Power is supplied by a long-life internal Li-ion rechargeable battery, charged using the included power adaptor — making the unit ideal for both field and laboratory use.
