IMDC/20

Serad Automation’s IMDC/20 is a compact, low-voltage brushless servo drive designed for high-performance motion control in embedded systems and machine automation. Running from a 48 V DC supply, it delivers a nominal current of 20 A with higher short-term peak capability, providing approximately 960 VA of power. The drive includes integral filters, soft-start, and support for an external braking resistor. Powered by a 150 MHz DSP with FPGA, it manages real-time servo loops for current, speed, and position control. The IMDC/20 supports torque, speed, and position modes, plus advanced motion functions such as S-curve and CAM profiles. Standard digital/analog I/O and encoder feedback are included, and full configuration and tuning are handled through Serad’s iDPL software, featuring trajectory generation and oscilloscope visualization tools.
