IMDC/10

Serad Automation’s IMDC/10 is a compact, low-voltage brushless servo drive engineered for precise motion control in embedded systems and machine automation. Operating from a 48 V DC supply, it delivers a nominal current of 10 A with higher short-term peak capability, providing around 480 VA of power. The drive features built-in filters, soft-start, and support for an external braking resistor. Its 150 MHz DSP with FPGA handles real-time servo loops for current, speed, and position control. The IMDC/10 supports multiple operating modes—including torque, speed, and position—along with advanced motion functions such as S-curve and CAM profiles. Standard digital/analog I/O and encoder feedback are included, and full configuration and tuning are performed via Serad’s iDPL software, complete with trajectory generation and oscilloscope visualization tools.
