Fabrication & Milling

Above and to the left is a fabricated container milled from a solid. Used in aerospace applications where weight is of paramount importance - down to the last few grams sometimes!

Connectors are bonded to the enclosure after a specialised plating process. The unit houses a populated printed circuit board which after being fully tested is then filled with a lightweight epoxy.

Fabrication Assembly

Above is a prefabricated bolt on assembly of feed through capacitors, fabricated and built to customers supplied drawings.

Specialised Manufacturing

Above and to the right are examples of manufacture of small components for larger assemblies.

Much care and precision is required throughout the manufacture of a precision product.

Below is a chassis pre stamped, folded, sprayed and silk screened used in our current manufacturing production line.
