We take your drawings or rough outlines of ideas and from them design to meet all approvals CE, EMC and applicable wiring standards.

We can assemble your equipment for you from/to any stage that you may require.

This can include populating with components or equipment that we (or you) source and can be tested for functionality.

Which can involve a preliminary test or test to specification with release if required. We also offer flash, insulation and environmental testing of your assemblies.

Design and Manufacture

The rack or cabinet size is immaterial, we work in our rack assembly area which can accomodate most standard (and non-standard) sizes.

We offer a fast turnaround service, scheduled orders, component procurement or free issue if preferred.

Also preliminary tests or test to specification with release if required is an option.

We manufacture interconnecting cables including if required, the encapsulation of connectors that need to be shielded from moisture or toxic compounds.

Mechanical piece parts can be produced in our own machine shop by in-house staff or procured from our preferred suppliers.

We can also design front panels, enclosures and add screen printing or engraving for you.
